Can i replace the glued in insert in the Kanadia TR running shoe with a new one or do i have to keep it in?

because i have to wear special running soles for my feet and i hope the glued in one is replaceable, I REALLY NEED A RESPONSE!!!

  1. yes you can do this but compare the insole in the shoe to the one you have if the one you are using to replace it is thicker  then the shoe will be tighter on your foot. but really it wont make that big a diffirence as long as it fits.
