Can i reverse a debit card charge for dissatisfaction of service??

we took our dog to banfield ( big mistake after reading other websites) and it was one charge after another with these people and the problem didn't get fixed with my dog! of course they said they could fix it if we did yet another test. needless to say i found another vet. can i reverse the charges???

  1. You can try, but technically it does not meet the requirements.

    Chargeback protection is generally available only when you purchase using a credit card, not a debit card.  It is available as part of the provisions of the Fair Credit Billing Act.

    Additionally, those protections apply when you do not receive the goods or services as promised.  The protections do not apply if you are simply dissatisfied with the goods or services.
