Can i ride a pocket bike on the sidewalk or a bikelane?

I know that pocket bikes are illeagal to ride on the street without a license, and i am to young to get a license (13). I was looking to buy a 49cc pocket bike and hoping that i could at least ride it on the sidewalk or a bike lane at a slower speed maybe. Thanks

no, they aren't legal on public right-of-ways. you're relegated to riding in your own private driveway. they are illegal on roads, due to their low visibility. motorized vehicles are not allowed on bikeways. and no vehicles (bicycles included) are legal on sidewalks.
