Can i run my boat on bad manifolds?

  1. Not a good idea - fixing the manifolds is expensive, but replacing the block or cylinders if the engine overheats will cost more.


  2. you can but when it breaks you better be ready to fork out some money to fix it.      ")

  3. Water would be better  than manifolds they are kind of hard on the Hull

  4. Park it until you can fix it. You will ruin the engine if you keep running it.

  5. No, you will eventually cause permenant damage to the engine and specifically the engine valves (4 stroke engines) if you run it without properly working manifolds.

  6. NO >Bad manifolds as in look bad> If there leaking they will get pinholes in the exhaust ports spray water in at low speed & when you shut it off can flood the exhaust ports with water which can ruin the engine> replace them or the engine your call>
