  1. absolutely, i mean in my opinion as long as you aren't sharing any water bottles with anyone else you should be alright and so should they like you said it's not a contact sport but you would definetly need to consult your coach.


  2. Yes, if your coach agrees - and there's no reason he/she should not, as far as fear of infectious transmission is concerned - and you're feeling up to it. Mononucleosis generally causes muscle weakness, fever and fatigue - not the best conditions for doing much of anything. If you are going to run, pace yourself, and don't expect as much out of your body as usual - after all, its busy fighting on another front.
