Can i safely hand my briefs on my ceiling fan to dry out? could they get jammed in the motor and ruin my fan?

If your ceiling fan is like most people's, hanging the briefs onto them will only get them dirty again.  The blade tops are filthy!

Plus hanging briefs unbalances the fan and when you turn the fan on, the briefs fly off away from the motor, not inward.

Well, it is certainly a creative approach.  They won't get jammed in your motor. I would use a rubber band to bind them to the blades so they wouldn't fly off though.

Well hang them in the middle of your fans wings unless you have short wings on your fans then you might want to consider a dryer

and your fans have dust so it is just going to make them dirty again but just dont put it to close to the motor and you should be fine

Not too sure why you would want to do this. A ceiling fan is pretty dusty and would have a delicate type of balance.  Have you thought of pegging them onto a wire coathanger and hanging it over the shower rail. They could drip into the shower. I have a hook over my bath (from when I used to have a hanging plant there) and it works too. I just put the hanger full of undies on the hook. Hope this helps.

I guess you meant to say hang not hand your briefs.

No they would not jam the motor on the fan. If you turn the fan on they will fly off and you will find them among the dust bunnies behind the furniture. If you don't turn the fan on, they will just hang there until dry, creating an interesting mobile for your room.
