  1. yes you can

    reset the router before selling

hold the reset button on the back with a pin while the router is plugged in

  2. Better to try craigslist or ebay. Also, if you have it set up with security, you should reset it to factory default.

There are lots of wireless routers on craigslist, so I think that is a good place to put it where people will look.

  3. how are we supposed to know? lol

    go and ask em.

  4. What model number?

The more recent and good shape with all the manuals, parts and box, the more likely they are to buy it.  But don't plan on getting much.

Look on eBay and see what yours is selling  for.  You will get about 25% if you are lucky from a pawn shop if they are intersted at all.

As the economy has gotten worse, the pawn shops are filling up, and they pay less for stuff.  But you can get some decent stuff at decent prices.  I look on eBay, cut  it in half and that is all I will pay in a pawn shop.

  5. Actually this depends upon the pawn shop.

If they have lots of them on the shelf and no one wanting them, I suspect the answer is no; however if they have none on the shelf and many asking for them the answer is yes.

    Check with them

  6. Yeah, you'll get about 75 cents.  Just trash it.

  7. Yes you can
