Can i sell homemade food on ebay uk only?

i have all the nutritional values etc and will guarantee overnight delivery..only in uk

From reading that, it would seem that they'd really rather that you didn't sell any foodstuffs at all, but if you are satisfied that you can comply with all of the regulations and eBay's own rules, there's no reason why you shouldn't do it.

i think you can only sell home made food if you run a business

i think you need a liscence etc

You would need food hygiene certificates and who's to say the food hasn't past its sell by date when it arrives it would cost more to make than you could sell it for due to supermarkets own brand being so cheap.

What if people become ill........You would have law suit problems complaits and more from the fussy customer.

To much hasstle people would rather go to the supermarket for peace of mind.
