Can i sell lemonade this summer in nyc?

Can I sell lemonades or do a bake sale to make money this summer without having the government interfere

why would the goverment interfere if you paid the taxe on the food you make they cant bother you they got there money anything you make is yours

if your a kid i would sell the drinks with some cookies but  if your a adult thats jsut to silly   to see a grown person sit and selling  lemonade

If you don't make the govt. interfere it won't - comply with their licensing requirements and smooth sailing.

do one of those sidewalk stands....like a hotdog cart kinda thing....it shouldnt be a hassle.

the only way the gov will interfere is if its on private prop, in front of certain places, or if u say ur giving this money to a charity and then dont.
