Interestingly, e-bay has a very specific policy against the sale of ANY human body part.

As far as the stock exchange, I don't think you understand how it works.  In general, the exchanges in the world don't, typically, sell prodcts, but shares in a company that would usually sell a products or services.  People invest in these shares in hopes of, either, selling the shares later  at a higher price, or, by collecting a share of the company's profits from the sale of these products or services.  How would your p***s make anyone else some money?  Without the profit motive, no one would have a reason to invest.

its an organ and not   a stock or a commodity, organ transplants require medical clearing from hospitals , Docters are your best bet.
