Can i send pictures to my boyfriend in Marine boot camp?

Can i send him a picture of me while hes there? can i just stick it in the envelope when i send him a letter or will they take it from him and give him c**p for it the rest of the time that hes there? (just like a head shot of me no weird body shots or whatever...I'm not like that) btw hes at the boot camp in san diego if that makes a difference!

Yes you can and nothing will happen to him..A small picture of you is fine and will cause no drama..

yes but keep it taste full,mail does get checked for recruits.everybody hates bootcamp just keep writing and keep his sprits up.  tell him thanks for serving.

my son is there also and yes send him a picture of you. and keep writing letter a lot of them he needs to know hes not alone.  good luck and keep your letters upbeat and cheerful he has enough on his plate with the DIs

yes you can send pictures,

As long as they are normal pictures.

Just send them with a letter, the DI will make him open the envelope, after feeling the pictures,

To make sure they are not adult pics.

Then he is allowed to have the pictures.

No one will say a word.

you will get a letter telling you what you can and can not send (if he mails it to you not his mom) you can send small photos a small address book but thats about it! they get a small "locker box" that he can keep his stuff in, my husband saved everything i ever sent him!

My boyfriend is over there also, he graduates Nov. 5th, I'm excited :) :). When is yours grad? :)

Anyway, what I do is type out my  letter to him, print it, and then print a picture or two on the back of the letter. That way A) it's on a letter, and if the DI's actually take up pictures *I think at least, I may have been misinformed* they won't take these up because they're on a letter, and B) this way if he decides to fold it, the picture won't mess up.

yes you can send any pic you want. Just dont send any care packages unless he pisses you off then send him like a box of snikers or a big black d***o his drill instruckters would slay him for hours.Yes ive seen it done before.

You can but they don't give you much private space to keep things. Better keep it a wallet size. I got some I was able to keep there. Those goofy photo booth machine pics are the best. lol, it will cheer him up, make sure its a happy pic.
