Can i send videos through skype?

i have a webcam and so does my boyfriend. we chat live through skype but i wanna know if i can record a video and then send it to him through skype. anyone know how???

With Skype, you can do live video with your webcam, or send them as files, once recorded to a file.

Just use the file transfer feature of Skype.

Just click on the contact name;  then right-click on it and select "Send File";  then select the file to sen.
