Can i set the group's member upload photos? without privileges to delete or rearrange the file in our groups

The members of my mailing list said that they can not upload some photos they want to share with the groups...and i don't realize it until I tried to check it by my self. After I tried to read carefully, the web said my privileges as a moderator can not change the web setting either, because the owner had set the groups by him self.

Me, as the moderator and the owner is not the same person. Long time ago, the owner had choose some member for act as a moderator because the owner have some job that he can not leave, so it means he can not watch or open the groups every day.

moderators have 9 priviledges, one is 'Change group settings'. if you do not have that then the owner is the only one who can change group settings and there's nothing you can do otherwise. I would try to get a hold of the owner about this.

another option is if you have the priviledge to upload to the photo's, you could have those memebrs send the file to you and you can upload them, title it per member ID

If the owner has not given you the privilege to edit group settings, you cannot do it. There might have been a reason the owner does not allow members to upload or modify photos. You need to contact the owner and discuss the problem with him/her.  If the owner chooses not to change the settings, there's really nothing else you can do.
