My grandfather is getting an Acer Aspire 5920 Laptop, i was wondering whether i would be able to set it up so it could connect to a wireless router, "WIRELESS-G ROUTER WGR614" so he would be able to surf the internet without the router needing to be attached to the laptop as mine is at my house.

Simply; Is it possible to connect to the internet without the router being attached to the laptop?
