To sign up for any online shopping account you can be any age as long as you have a valid credit or debit card. If you have a teenage account with a U.K. bank such as HSBC or Natwest and you have a Solo or Maestro card then you should be able to access shopping websites. I am 14 and have a solo card, and I do tonnes of internet shopping. Good luck x

NO, because at 16 you are 2 years below the age of legal resposibility.

For any online account you have to have a card (like a credit card) which you can only get at 18 so you can't set up an account unless you are 18 or a parent signs up
