  1. Shipping a pool table long distances is difficult and expensive. You need to find someone who specializes in it. Most local pool table stores will break down, move, and setup a pool table at a different location (it's not cheap though).

If you're selling the table, you should specify that the buyer must arrange and pay for shipping.

  2. like they said just to move one is a few hundred never mind shipping one but yes they do

  3. I think you can but it would be hard to not break it

  4. Sure! You can ship it. Depending on how your slate was cut or not cut, will determine the cost of shipping. Slate is slate (extremely heavy). If it's a really good table, it might be a single piece of slate, making your package much larger, naturally. I'd call a pool table dealership in your area to give you an appraisal on what the table is really worth. Perhaps they'll move it for you and you'll make a few bucks on the side. Good luck. I'd love to take that table off your hands for you .....hmmmmmmm.....then again, I don't know much about it (dimensions, slate-cuts, etc).

  5. yes it can be done, but the shiping cost may cost more than the table is worth.
