It sounds like you are just trying to do runs like Mary J. Blige, but that takes a lot of control which you don't have yet. Work on developing a good vibrato while singing the right pitch. Practice with a simpler song that doesn't have as many riffs or runs.

Okay it sounds like you are singing from your throat you need to support it and sing from your diaphragm.

I could here your breathing. Do silent breaths.

The Song you song does not fit your voice type so if you want to sing you need to choose your songs wisely.

Such as if someone has a big voice you would make them sing a quiet and petite song.

I believe to further your career you need a vocal coach.

Mary J Blige's voice doesn't suit you at all.

Put some bass in it. you totally have the potential and the lower notes were amazing
