  1. The boxes are operational right now. The digital airwaves are alive with the visions of video. Take advantage of a better picture and more channels.

  2. You can start using it right now. However, keep in mind that not all stations are broadcasting in DTV yet, some are not yet at full power, and some will be changing the frequencies they are broadcasting at, on 2/18/09.
