You can, but unless the can was covered, the tea may be a bit flat.

Yer it should be fine give it a quick check by pouring it in a glass and checking its ok. But because its been in the fridge I doubt anything has happened. I've done it tons of times. But if your the cautious type its not worth worrying about I'd just get another yummy drink :)
