Can i still go college if i fail my examz?

i havent failed my exams im jus askin ..i live in birmingham n i wanna go mathew boulton college n theres been rumours that if u fail ur exams u cant go u need like 5 c's n above but they say u can go for b tec or exam retakes is that true im sooo confused ...plz help thankzz

if you fail your exams you can go to college, but you cant do certain subjects in college.

you have to do something like engineering/hairdressing/fitness/leasure & tourism/..

you can then resit your exams if you wish and do the subjects you prefer if you pass.

some colleges are specific and you need to get certain grades. however their are college that will let you go although you might have to do a lower level at first and retake the exams. just try and revise and im sure you will do fine in your exams, im not that bright but i tried hard and now im studying for my alevels ata grammer school so anything is possible. good luck in your exams!! hope this helps

yh you can but you won't be able to take a-levels, you could take lower courses like diplomas and btecs.

hope to also get in mathew boulton, the new facilities are amazing...

If you can't get into the school you want, you can easily enroll in a community college, most will have transfer programs into 4 year colleges. Also, saves a bundle on tuition, and you get out with an Associates and Bachelors degree's.

you could still do nvq's b tec's and re takes i doubt they would let you do As or A levels if you fail your exams.

I'd say that's true.

If you fail your exams, candidates who got higher grades than you will be picked first.

And there is a certain number of places in the College, so, if you do bad, all the places may be taken by those who passed.

You can repeat exams, but a fee must be paid.
