Can i still go to highschool volleyball try outs?

i did`nt go to ANY of the open gyms or did a summer league or anything. can i still tr out tho

sure.  that's why they're called "tryouts".  Coaches will of course remember those that attended summer camp and stuff, but there's always that "diamond in the rough" that coaches look for every year.

Why didn't you go to open gym?  That would tell me you weren't that interested.  At least show up to one!  Yes you can still try out and if you are good, you should make the team.

you should be able to unless your school has specific rules

just make sure you know when the tryouts are and get there at least 10 minutes early! coaches like people who are there early and ready to play!

Yeah, you can still try out.  Be prepared though, you will be at a lesser advantage then the people who went to the open gyms and played on summer league.  You will have to work hard to prove that you want to make the team, but if it's what you want, go for it!  Good luck!
