my mother is being petitioned by her sister is there any chance that i can also go with her to the united states if im already 32 year old sigle?

  1. No only  minor child could do that. You need a separate petition


  2. You can try.  But it probably would easier for you to come to the US if your mother later on petitions for you.  

    She can say that she needs your help in her older years.  And this will be a good reason for family re-unification and for immigration to USA.
