Can i still join the air force or coast guard?

I have an owi 4 minor consumptions(they were all 5 years ago, had shoulder surgery(to remove bone spur), and was in the army reserves and while i was in basic i hurt my back and never completed, they didn't give me a medical instead they gave me a general discharge. i did my basic between my junior and senior year of high school and thats why they didn't hold me at basic to complete.

you should be alright brother just make sure your recuiter knows and have the MEPS Docs chk you out again.

I don't see why not but just call a recruiter and ask them.

If you start basic for any other service and don't complete, regardless of reason, you are dq'd from joining the Coast Guard.
