You can look for a job, but if you start working while on you are on a visit visa, and are caught working on a visit visa will be fined more than Dh50,000 and banned from entering the UAE and those employing you will face harsh penalties  Incase, you are selected for the job, then you will have to go back to your country and wait for your employer to officially call you back after the labour card and residency visa has been issued on your name under the sponsorship of the organisation you will be working for. The migration laws has been recently changed and I've heard that visitors can easily apply for a tourist visa.
