Can i still lose weight without doing alot of exercise?

I'm eating about 1,000 calories a day and i'm not a big fan of exercise lol.

  1. You will loose weight if you are eating that little, but that is sooo bad for you.

    You may have little energy, thinning hair, spotty skin, bad breath, brittle bones... all outcomes from not eating enough and not getting all the nutrients you need to stay nice and healthy.

    i recommend eating a little more (good foods) and gentle exercise, maybe try an at home work out vid. or team up with a friend and get a hobbie that envolves a bit of exercise :)

    i lost weight on weightwatchers...

    (by the way, i am a model and see girls when they eat so little. it really doesnt make them look good, and they arent fun or happy!

    i would never sacrafice my health to loose weight. its really not worth it)


  2. you'll lose weight but much more slowly and your skin and muscles won't tone up as well as they would with exercise.. walking is an exercise so perhaps you can just take the stairs instead of a lift and park at a distance then you have to walk a bit to make you feel that it's not really exercise.  also, consider taking supplements.

  3. If you were on a strict diet.  It will take longer.  But why wouldn't you wanna exercise?  Its great!
