Question:

Can i still play high school football if i have high blood pressure?

i get really nervous when i go to the doc....so the dr said i have "high blod pressure" and put that on my sports physical form. so i was wondering wat are the chances of me playing football....

plus, i been playing soccer, tennis, weight lifting and martial arts my whole life (7-8) years...and i never fainted or get tired fast or anything affected my performance level....

  1. Dude you'll be okay we got a kid at Varsity who has very bad blood pressure and he plays D-Line! Starter! I got heart problems and i'll be playing soon. Don't worry man just do your job right and take your meds before you practice so your blood pressure won't spike up!

    Man no joke but even had a guy with missing a left arm playing!

    Dude anything is possible but never risk your health over any level of sports if it's bad.


  2. I went to the doctors today, I was also very nervous, my blood pressure was 120/66

    which was good

    you should have asked your doctor If you could still play
