Can i still tone up if i become a vegetarian?

i'm thinking of becoming a vegetarian but i need to get my body toned up a bit will becoming a vegetarian help me or no?

  1. It really shouldn't make a difference.  Just make sure that when you become a vegetarian, that you get enough protein in your diet.  Then, toning up really shouldn't be a problem.

    Good sources of protein?  Peanut butter, tofu, hummus, quinoa (this grain from South America that you can substitute for rice/pasta when making dishes), etc.

  5. Why do you think veggies aren't toned?

    You wont be storing animal fats,a big advantage.

    I'm toned,in shape and fit as a flea.

    I work out daily,run,do marathons,cycle,ride horses and many things,actually being veggie is helpful,as we don't store all those dang fatty things and a healthy balanced veggie diet gives you more energy anyway.
