Can i submit my website created on yahoo geocities to Google Adsense Program? If yes, how do i insert the html code provided by Google Adsense into my website code? Do i have access to my website's html code to do that?"

If you are using the free version of Yahoo Geocities, you can't be approved for Adsense because the free version serves Yahoo Publisher Network ads. It is against the Adsense Program policies to serve competing ad network or ads that look and act like Adsense - which the YPN ads are.

However, if you are using the paid version of Geocities where they don't serve ads on your pages, you can certainly submit it to Google
