Can i sue Wawa if i cut my finger on one of their soda lids?!?!?

i was putting a lid on my milkshake and i cut my finger... there was no 'caution' sign on it, can i sue them for that?!?!

This makes me laugh. It's pathetic.  Maybe if you slipped on the floor in Wawa, hit your head, and had a concussion.  But maybe you cut your finger due to your own stupidity.  This question is ridiculous.

If you're in America... probably. But I wouldn't recommend it, you won't get any money and it'll cost you a lot to take them to court. With that kind of thing, it's best to just be careful. And if you cut yourself, just learn a lesson from it.
