Can i sue a flashlight company for claiming their flashlight is self-recharging, well in fact its not. ?

the flashlight has a battery inside that is used to power the flashlight.

  1. The maximum you could recover is the value of the flashlight.

    It'll cost you tens of thousands of dollars to sue.

    Do the math.


  2. It is class action just like yours, that makes mockery of the justice system...get over it...and get a real flashlight.  Stop finding excuses for your poor purchase decision.
