  1. Yes but it would be kind of dumb if you didn't get hurt

  2. yes

  3. Sure, you can sue for anything these days, but you have to be able to prove that the glass was in your food when purchased and you are not trying to be like the lady with the severed finger in her chili who was looking to make some quick money!!

Whether you win or not is a different story because you have to be able to prove negligence on the restaurant, or an employees intent to do harm.

  4. God I am sick of all of these "I had a bad day...can I sue?". You can SUE whoever you want but you have to prove your case. Did you get hurt from the glass? Do you have medical records to show that you were hurt from ingesting glass and proof that the glass was found in your food at that particular restaurant? If so, then yes, you can probably sue the restaurant for your medical bills and possible more. If you just SAW the glass but didn't actually get hurt from the glass, what exactly do you feel like you deserve? You feel like you deserve to be compensated because somebody made a mistake and you SAW it? I'm sorry, but nobody will agree with you. Report them to the board of health if you want but that's about all you can do without an injury.

  5. well duhh you can sue!

  6. Absolutly!!!

What if you chocked and cut your throat?!?!

How did the glass get in there in the first place?

You could also be able to have the place shut down.

  7. Of course you can that could of really hurt you had you had swallowed it i hope you complained as soon as you found it

  8. i am sure you can...

  9. You can sue for any reason whether you win or not is another matter.

  10. Yeah DUH!

  11. yes.

  12. You can, but you won't win. You would have to have it with you at the place right after you get the food and they would make sure you haven't tampered with it.

  13. oh yes

  14. Yes, but you'd better have proof.  And be over eighteen or have an adult represent you.  They'll circle the wagons against you, so be honest and be fair.

  15. You should be able to.  BTW, glass in food can be such a PANE!

  16. You could try but you would be wasting your money and time unless you could PROVE that it was given to you with the glass in it.  They, of course would be saying that you put it there for the purpose of suing for money and that you are a lazy, money-grubbing person.  Good luck.

  17. Yes! That's a safety hazard!
