Can i sue mcdonalds for throwing food at my car?

Question

I went to mcdonalds and ordered a big mac and mcflurry. My mcflurry was a cup of water and my big mac was cold. I went inside and saw the lady who took my order and i yelled at her and asked her if she finished high school. She then cursed at me and threw the big mac at me then she got a real mcflurry and threw at my car, she then went up to a nearby building to the 6th floor roof and jumped off killing herself in a effort to avoid a lawsuit.

Can I sue the family for damages to my car and clothes?

By the way if something like this did happen and your order was wrong, you shouldn't throw a fit, accidents happen, you should try and understand that instead of yelling and being mean.
