I have a scholarship that pays for my tuition (2100$) at the school i attend (university of phoenix). They acknowledge that they received the check but cant find where the funds are so until then it hasn't posted to my acct and i cant go to class until they straighten it out again no time line to when it will be done. This isnt fair by any means there holding up my education on their mistake i was supposed to start on 8-4 its now 8-6 who hold these people liable and can i sue them? This is stressful and unjust

  1. It would cost you more to sue them than your scholarship is.

  2. yeah sure suoing them will solve the problem promptly and not be stressful.

expect it to take years to resolve if you take that path.

and expect them to not want to deal with you at all in any other context while you pursue it lest they add to their aggravation.

dude, just show up to your classes, the professors either won't know or won't care - they will figure the administration will straighten it out soon enough but it is not their problem.

Or you could always transfer to a real school, not a "for profit" one.
