Can i sue my ex for selling our old pornos on an amature website without my permission?

i was told i cannot sue because i have no proof its me but it clearly shows my face and also a tattoo on my back in these videos. shes a nude model and her manager is the one putting the videos on southerncharms.com without my permission and i have not signed anything. If so what can i sue for?

I see the sign, more like neon lights, and I agree with the SPAM!!!! Could it be more obvious you want people to check out your moves? Why else would you go so far as to describing which "character" you are and putting the website, plain as day, for every perv out there to go to? Nice try, dude.

yes you can sue him for doing that.

You can sue him for provoking his and mine old porno videos on the internet.

Girl all i have to say is YES and go for it!! Just get a lawyer and take him for what u can get!! Thats so wrong and so cheap!!  Just contact a lawyer and usually they will talk to u for free the first time to see if they want the case of not,, if not go to another one! im really sorry he did that to you!
