  1. It depends on which state you live in.  Some allow are only no-fault divorce states, others allow for fault and you can get alimony or more material things acquired from the marriage than the usual 50% split.  In some states you can even sue the person he cheated with for alienation of affection.  Feel better and good luck!

  2. You said it you guys have nothing you can't get blood out of a turnip you know.

If only you would have kept him supplied with s*x, yeah i know if is a big word

  3. u can't sue him for cheating but u should get half the house, but having a good attorney is a must,u have so much to loose here, so invest in a good attorney.u can get child support, and maybe alimony, if your not employed.really depends on the laws of the state where u are living.

  4. You can sue him but you're not going to win.  People get cheated on and used every day, it doesn't mean you get monetarily compensated.  Sorry for your luck but you shouldn't have put all you eggs in one basket - losing your job and money is your own fault. Consider it an expensive lesson.

  5. I'm sorry, but some men cheat and some marriages fail, unfortunately. It's not a lawsuit.

  6. OMG im really srry to hear wat he did, that man is such a F**kin beast... But i dont think u can sue him for dat and if u do its goin to be alot of work and money so u should leave it to rest, jus remember that his time will come and he should be treated worst...  jus move on try ur best to get through thing cuz it wont be easy plus u can get child support. Oh yeah i jus remember if u were not workin or had a job while in the relationship u can sue him and he will have to support u until u find a job i saw it alot on divorce court so good luck, he has to help u out until u get on ur feet again.

  7. No you cant it has to be something of value $$$$$$$.

  8. if you could then nearly all men would be broke

  9. You can't sue him for cheating but if he stole money from you, that can make a good case. You need to get a lawyer or some legal advice.

  10. No

  11. if you can prove that the house was purchased with YOUR money then you can probably sue him to get the house back or at least the half of the value of the house.  you can also use your greencard to get a job.

  12. You can divorce him and get on with your life.  Your should be thinking of suing him for child support, not something as trivial as ruining your 'life, family, career.  You must have realized when you married a divorced man with three children that he had a prior problem with commitment.
