  1. Hi,

Well personally I would let it go as it has already been seen by many and prolonging it will add more pain and humiliated. Just let it go as it won't bring your aunt back.

If you feel need to go further then complain to newspaper - ask to be reimbursed for the money for the notice, a written apology and a free notice with correct spelling.

  2. omg i seriosuly hope your not serious

    jesus christ

sue them into the next dimension

  3. I would not sue for money, but I would DEMAND a correction and reprint.

  4. I saw that Seinfeld episode, too.  Nice try but no cigar.

  5. Just issue the complaint letter, I wouldn't bother suing for money, what's the point.

  6. You might have a case, but whether you do sue or not, I would call the newspaper and demand a display ad on the 2nd page correcting the error at no charge,

  7. To late now it's only been viewed by 10000 people.

  8. beloved great ****

  9. What's the point, the money won't change anything.

  10. Thats aweful!  Unfortunately I don't think there is much you can do.  You can seek legal advice.  Has a formal apology been printed?

  11. I would get an attorney and get SOMETHING for that huge mistake. That's horrible I'm sorry to hear that.

  12. for what??

i'm sure it wasn't done on purpose.

sueing won't bring her back, so let it go.

  14. kill them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is so rude, sue them, what r u waiting for!

  15. why did u want her??? if it really did happen, I feel for u. I would consult with a legal advisor. If u have a case why not?

  16. Ths was just a typo. Things go wrong. I doubt you could sue them as everyone make mistakes but I'm sure if you call them they would give you an apology.
