  1. idk but u should they ripped u off lol

  2. sure-but...the question is....would it be worth your time and money?

If you paid with paypal-file a complaint!

  3. No .. the only thing you can do is report them to the site and what they will do is just suspend their account it sucks.... the same thing happened to me and nothing was done about it.

  4. You can file a dispute and have paypal - ebay to get your money back. No legal claims can be filed. Once you file the dispute ebay will then contact you via email and you fill out the item number and / or sellers name . They will then freeze the sellers account and solve the matter. Seller will not be able tomake any transactions or sells thru that account until matter is resolved. I would say contact ebay and paypal. They will solve the matter. I was ripped off too, but I got my money back . I am very pleased with ebay / paypal customer service.

  5. if you result to law and courts it would cost you much much more than what you lost, take courts as a last resort... its for the best of everyone

next time purchasing something on ebay make sure the person you are buying from has great feedback and has a history in ebay.

  6. consider these options;

the seller probably sent the package and the postal service is taking a long time to deliver.

the seller problably didn't ship the item or sent it late.

either way contact the seller or the postal office. your last resort is to sue that person if you have paid a lot of money for the item. (sueing cost money and time). you can get a refund from the seller if he offered it in the first place or you can file a claim on Ebay.

  7. no, thats what insurance is 4

  8. No but if you paid with paypal or charge card you can do a chargeback and get your money back easily

  9. No Dude. All You Can Do Is Part Of Your Money Back From Paypal. Hopefully You Used Them. Suing Is For Chumps Who Cant Handle Their Own Problems...Thus Making THe Situation Worse!!! Just Get Your Money Back!

  10. how much did it cost? is it worth it? call ebay and report them

  11. yes.

  12. yes you could if you know there location at the time i think

  13. Yes you can but first you have to dispute it first on ebay and then talk to your lawyer and he will help you deal with the rest. Make sure you print out the all the info of the seller and the transaction too. I had to deal with buyers that didn't pay and sellers that didn't send my items. Hope this help you.

  14. They say you can, then they give you a list of actions to partake.  Unfortunately, they (eBay company) won't do

    anything to help you.

  15. No. But, if you used paypal to pay for it, you can tell eBay about it and they will help you get your money back.

  16. don't know but if you can let me know I'm having the same trouble.

  17. You can get your money back.  Do you know what sue means?

  18. no but you can get pay pal to get your money back

  19. This is America ... you can sue anybody for anything.  The real question is, do you have much hope of winning such a suit?  For eBay, particularly inexpensive items, that will be unlikely.

eBay provides a good alternative, however, with their rating systems.  You can contact the seller and indicate that you plan to leave negative feedback if they fail to fulfill the deal.  That will never motivate a scumbag, but most legitimate eBay vendors work hard to maintain good feedback, since it is a path to more business.  Use the tools at hand.

  20. Yes, your purchase is a legally binding contract between you and the seller.  Small claims court.  Unfortunately, I think you have to prove that it's not the fault of the post office also... which could be difficult.  Best of luck!
