Can i survive a atomic bomb if im in a good distanceÉ?

If i see an atomic bomb go off at the safe radius... i have around 30 second till it kills me.... can i use that time to put on a raidation suit and hide behind a metalic wallÉÉ and liveÉÉ

If you saw the blast you would have been irradiated with gamma radiation atleast. this is because gamma radiation is light energy with a higher frequency than visible light, thus travelling the same way light does. if you had to wait thirty seconds to feel the blast it must have been a huge blast! and no if you get by the way in a suit behind a metal wall you would probably die still. if not straight away after by some sort of cancer or radiation poisoning. radiation suits are not impervious to radiation.

It takes longer than 30 seconds to put on a radiation suit.

If the blast effect is 30 seconds behind the light flash, you're so far away that you really don't have much to worry about.
