Can i survive college with basic computer knowledge?

I have never taken any computer class in my previous school. I'm going to study business in college. Will i be able to survive with basic computer knowledge?

Well you're on a computer typing this question so you do have basic knowledge. But for college if you can type and know powerpoint you should be okay.
