Can i swap my tourist visa in work visa.?

if i go to germany as a tourist and after going der i got job der ...so can i swap my tourist visa in work visa der..and i can speak well germany.

and wts more positive idea..and how can i work der.

No you can't and it is not a good idea to put it like that to the German authorities (including your local German embassy).  If there is even a suspicion of you working on a tourist visa then they will refuse a further visa

If you wish to obtain a working visa then contact the German embassy in your country.  However I have to warn you that the chances of you being able to obtain a visa to work is not high unless you & the job position fulfil one of the following criteria, each with their own conditions:

(a) being self-employed

(b) as a 'au pair'

(c) As a highly skilled migrant

(d) Self employed

(d) When a company sponsors you with a job offer

If it is just a regular job e.g. office job, waiter etc etc that does not have a specialisim then this is considered as a position which can be fulfilled by domestic people, and this includes all members of the EU.  Therefore your employer will have to prove that the position cannot be fulfilled by anyone else from this market. On average it takes 3-6 months to receive a decision and a lot of support and costs from your employer.  This is just general info for the EU countries but there are still country specific requirements.

You can't; you have to apply for a working visa in your country of residence, before coming to Germany. Even if you are in Germany and find someone willing to enstate you if having working visa and working permit, you must go back to your country to request those at the german embassy or consulate.

no swapping, you have to apply separately for a work visa, but you can do it over there.
