Can i swim in my pool when i have my period?

yes u can i am a swimmer i swim everyday with the swim team i recomend the sports tampax its the best when it comes down to it

yes use a tampon though if you dont feel comfortable you dont have to wear one the water preasure will not let any come out trust me

Yeah, you can.

If you use a tampon though.

You can't use pads in the pool because they blow up to like the size of balloons.

If you are going swimming just by yourself, in your pool, and your period isn't very heavy, and you can't use tampons (don't worry, I can't use them), then maybe you could just this once go without anything and not tell anyone.

Pretty unhygenic, but hey you only live once.
