Can i take a GIA diamond into cuba?

i hear cuba is anti american, are there any restrictions on taking a diamond into cuba to pop the Big Q

  1. Cuba has nothing against Americans personally. There are so many Americans that will go to Cuba despite the embargo and Cuba warmly welcomes them.

    Cubans are well aware of American products, musicians, actors, etc........and it's not an issue.

    If you think about it, most of the products you have such as cameras, etc, can be from the US. Those are details that are not of any concern to them.

    They will not have anything to say if you're bringing jewellery into the country. It's completely allowed.

    Take your diamond with you and pop your Big Q....it's a perfect place to do so....soooo very romantic! In fact, if you enlist the help of the Cuban friends to make it really special, they will not let you down. They will so pleased and eager to help you with this.
