Can i take a few classes at a college and transfer them into a freshman year at another school?

can i go to this school part time, and then transfer into a better school as a freshman with a few credits out of the way?

Yes, but "freshman" is just a title. Technically a freshman is a person who has less than 30 credits (depending on the school), but you are a freshman when its your first year of college as far as normal people will think. There isn't a "Freshman Bonus" or something, but if you really want to be called a freshman then tell people that you're a freshman.
