  1. no.

  2. Cannot, and strictly cannot, and that's an international order.

  3. You need a government issued I.D. (such as your driver's license).  You can get a state issued I.D. to prove you are a U.S. citizen from your DMV office.

Come January 31, you will need a government issued I.D. and your birth certificate.

If you fly, you need a passport now.  The implementation date for passports (regardless of how you travel to Mexico) has not yet been set.

I do believe you will need a notarized letter from your parent(s) if you are a minor.  Double check with the Mexican Consulate to see.  http://www.mexonline.com/consulate.htm

Also, check this link out in regards to minors going to Mexico without their parents--http://www.mexconnect.com/MEX/austin/tou...

  4. if you need it for anything official, it won't work.

  5. no

  6. NO school  I D

    PASSPORT

  7. For anything official - Nope. It has to be government issued.

For bars - Yeah, they don't care in Mexico in general.

And if you mean to enter Mexico, that's a definate no. You need a passport to get into Mexico and you REALLY need a passport to get back in the U.S. from Mexico.
