Can i take a test, please help!?

my ovulation day was last wednesday, i am due for AF next thursday but dying to do a test, i got an early response test that you can use up2 five days earleir which will be sunday but iam going crazy waiting, has anyone taken a test 7/8 days early and got a positive result?

15 years ago I did a normal preg test (they didn't have early tests back then) about 2-3 days before my period was due and it came up positive.  But it does seem really early to be testing.  I would think if you have more than one test then go ahead and try one test with your first mornings urine (hcg is more concentrated).  If it is neg then it could just be too early and try again on Sunday as you regularly planned.

Sorry I couldn't have been more help but I do understand how hard it is to wait!!  I'm rooting for you!!

well my gf just took one 6 days early which was today and we figured out she was pregnant..sorry idk about that earlyy

the test is looking for a new hormone you wont have enough of it in your pee to get a responce too early .if your desperate wait until the morning when you get up and your urine is the most concentrated. :) good luck

I have a friend who tested one week after s*x and it gave her a positive result. Just remember if you get a negative it doesn't mean you are not pregnant, because hormone levels do vary from person to person.

i feel for u im due on the same day as u and im feeling out of sorts lol im dying to do a test so i say if u feel u want to do it do it but if it neg just remember like other ppl said it may be too early . if it is neg and u dont come on on ur period day do another if its neg chances r ur not preg but wait and see . i have had done tests early befor and was preg long story but it can happen

**AF stands for Aunt Flo - another name for your period! LOL***

It really up to you hun, I use to be impatient too!

Remember if you do test and it says negative, it could be that you tested too early, so test again a week after if you late on period.
