Can i take drivers ed when im 14 1/2?

im turning 15 in december and i was wondering if i can take classes in november because i want to start driving as soon as possible

I know in Indiana you can take the written class at 14 but you can't take the actual driving portion until you're 15.

it depends....here in my town you could take the test if your birthday was going to be within 6 months...

you can start reading the drivers book there is no point starting without reading the book ahead. and go 4 drivers ed at Sears. i heard its good.

You can only take drivers ed if you have a learner's permit, and about 10 hours of driving experience.

no the driving school ask first for you to study the book and get a permit first. i tried that... im 16 now. &you have to be 16 to get a permit

yes ask the high school you are at. the office should be able to help. make shure you sign up early because most spots are limited.

Yes. I got my permit at 14 1/2. I payed for classes I also divorced my parents which is why i was allowed to.
