No, dont go  two medicines at a time.  Select a remedy or system which yu are confident or take good advice from learned persons. Every system of medicine has got its own merits and demerits and functioning on the body. There may be chances that you might attain a new problem which cannot be diagnose by these system or by other system also. This is my practical experience  To the best of my knowledge, I can say Homeopathy is the best sytem in alternative medicine system.

u can go for homeopathy and ayurveda but it needs some patience coz both r long term treatments...bt make sure about d doc whoz treating u...dnt take medicines on ur own. i dnt knw about unani..
