Shouldn´t be a problem,but if you travel by plane make sure you´ve got the right papers.

I brought some of my Mother's ashes back from England to Spain in a plastic box locked in my suitcase. That might seem a bit indifferent, but we were spreading her ashes around at some of her favourite places so I don't think she would mind.

No customs at the airport so no problem!

Unofficially... If you are arriving by car no problem. By air it can ba a bit trickier. Are the ashes in a large or small Urn? Are their nails / handles etc in there that would look like a nail bomb? If there´s nothing suspicions about the container then normally they let it go...
