Can i take my SEN school to court for not dealing with bullying and not letting me finish my gcses?

when i was at a SEN school i was bullyed and the staff and careworkers did not do anything and when i had enough i fort back and got exluded now i hace no gcses and cant get any work apart form shelf filling,

  1. I say yes, concentrate on their lack of action for what they failed to do.


  2. Your parents should have taken it up with the governors at the time so I doubt if you will have a case.  You would have to have backup and credible witnesses otherwise every child who has been excluded would sue.  You could always go to college to do your GCSE's.
