Can i take my broken sidekick in for a new phone?

so i have a broken sidekick iD (lcd died). i have a 2 year plan and i was wondering if i can like trade it in for a different phone, and how much it would cost

you can call the phone company and they most likely will send you a new phone really quick and you just sent the broken phone back when you recieve the new one but make sure that when you call that your sim card is in the broken phone...and just teel them it stopped working
